周耀，男，湖北黄冈人，工学博士，讲师；本科毕业于沈阳建筑大学/建筑与规划学院，建筑学专业，获学士学位；硕士毕业于河南工业大学/建筑学院，建筑学专业（建筑技术与防灾减灾方向），获硕士学位；博士毕业于中国矿业大学/建筑与规划研究所，市政工程专业（城市更新方向），获博士学位。在城市区域治理与规划方面，以第一作者发表4篇SCI/SSCI/AHCI数据库收录论文，主持三个项目。
